Flat, Fast, and Tear-Out Free
A router sled is slow, dusty, and leaves tracks. Our CNC surfaces far faster and holds tighter tolerances across the whole piece, with minimal to no tear out in figured grain. You get a glue-ready, finish-ready surface the first time through.
Big Enough for Big Work
Our CNC handles work up to 7 ft x 17 ft, so we can surface full-length dining tables, bar tops, island tops, and wide mantles that most shops cannot touch. If it fits in the shop, we can flatten it.

7 ft x 17 ft cutting capacity. Slab and top surfacing, far faster and more accurate than a router sled, with minimal to no tear out.
Bandsaw Mill
Our off-site bandsaw mill cuts up to 58 in wide x 18 ft long, so we can mill the big logs other shops turn away.
Planer
25 in wide planing for flat, even thickness on wide boards and glue-ups.
Jointer
8 in wide jointing for dead-flat faces and square edges before glue-up.
Pricing
Shop labor and services are billed at $130 per hour.
